Navigating the world of challenger brands with an earned-first approach, Jaclyn has spearheaded work that transcends culture, earning her clients top recognition including two Cannes Lions, four Effie’s, two Silver Anvils, PR Week and Sabre awards. She led one of the agency’s most famous viral campaigns, “World’s Toughest Job by American Greetings,” and has been at the helm of the JetBlue PR work for eight years, earning the Sustained Success Effie in 2017.

Prior to joining MullenLowe, Jaclyn carved her career path starting in Virginia Beach at Meridian Group and then moved on to boutique agencies in Boston, CGPR and Schneider Associates.
When not earning her stripes in PR, Jaclyn extends herself outside of the office as an executive board member for the Fore Hadley Foundation, an organization dedicated to the fight against congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH). She was formerly part of the New England Junior Achievement Young Professionals Board and appears as a regular guest-lecturer at Boston University.
