Heather Engel, Executive Vice President of Sera-Brynn, a globally recognized cybersecurity firm based in Suffolk, Virginia, and Stephanie Heinatz, founder of Consociate Media, will lead communications and marketing professionals to understand risks, cyber risk management and how they can help their organizations prepare for crisis communications.
As an Executive Vice President at Sera-Brynn, Heather Engel provides risk management and business intelligence to clients across a wide variety of industries. She has over 15 years of experience in risk and compliance, system integration, disaster recovery, security policy, and security testing and evaluation. Ms. Engel holds numerous industry certifications including a CISSP, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology.
Stephanie Heinatz, founder of Consociate Media, a Virginia-based public relations and communications consulting firm, cut her teeth as a newspaper journalist.
Before founding Consociate Media, Stephanie also served as a Strategic Communications and Media Training Consultant / Contractor for the U.S. Defense Department and led the corporate communications for a large healthcare organization.
Stephanie works with a variety of clients, from non-profit organizations and healthcare companies, to military training institutions and luxury bed and breakfasts.
